Before and After.....Our Condo

So back in September we bought a condo (click here to see before pictures) and since then Scott and I have been working on making it our own. We are not quite there but definitely getting there. Here are some after pictures of our place so far....

Scott got me (and himself a little bit) a Wii for Valentine's Day. Here are some pictures of just another Sunday hanging out with the family and playing some Wii. We bowled, played tennis and bit of Mariokart. It was a fun afternoon and even Gwen got into the fun.

More Nieces....more time with the bunnies

Scott's brother Michael and our sister-in-law Marne came over with their girls Katie and Sophia last Saturday. Katie was a little shy with the bunnies at first but she definitely came around. She had a lot of fun with them and Scott and I are learning that these bunnies are a hit with 2 year olds.

Randoms

I turned 27 on January 22nd. Woo hoo!! Here I am blowing out the candles on the cake I have been getting every single year since I was born (except last year....don't know what happened there). It is the best cake ever and I am the only one of my siblings that still get it!!!! I feel so special :)

Once a month my bestest Chicago girlfriends and our husbands get together at each other's places for dinner and some sort of game. January was our month to host. This was not the game but Scott and Steve were trying to get the bunnies from underneath the table.

I was over at Linnea and Cam's the other night when Gwen put on these glasses and started "driving" while singing a song. I wish I could remember the song.

Then I asked her to make a funny face and this is what I got! Random!

We got Rabbits!!!

As some of you may or may not know Scott is allergic to dogs and cats. This is a problem for me because I have always had cats growing up and would have loved to get a huge fluffy dog since I have been dog deprived all my life. So we had to meet somewhere in the middle and we settled on rabbits! Scott's not allergic and I still get a soft furry friend. The white one is named Pierre and the white one with grey spots is Jacques. Why I agreed on French names is beyond me. Below are pictures of Gwen enjoying her new friends. She loves them and is so sweet with them.
