So our mother volunteered us (she is really good at that) to make manicotti for our church dinner that we have every Wednesday night. We cooked for about 150 people which is a LOT of manicotti. Fortunately, this is our second time doing this so we had our assembly line ready to go. Linnea was directing of course :) This time it only took 3 hours to make 225 noodles. Everyone seemed to enjoy it and some enough to take seconds!

Looks like Linnea is still getting some cooking done even without a kitchen! Wish I had gotten a heads up that the infamous Wallgrencotti (just named that now) was being served, totally would have been there.
